condo. In addition to the "Lock-out" type layout that
provides the most space available in a 2 bedroom unit, we
have 2 Full beds in each of the bedrooms. Couple this with a
sofa sleeper in the living room and another sofa sleeper in
the additional sitting room and a 2nd washer-dryer and you
have one of the best layout available in an Ocean Walk condo
for large groups. We try to limit this condo to 8 persons.
Please ask if you are planning to have more than 8. Layout
is 4 Full beds and 2 Queen sleeper sofas provide 6 beds in
this condo . A 3 bedroom Ocean Walk Condo will only
have 5 beds -- so this bedding layout in this 2 bedroom
lock-out setting is condo very unusual and much desired by
larger groups.
Oceanfront balcony off living room makes it possible for
all to enjoy the view - west window has direct view of sunset. There is not a better location on the beach, the views
from this balcony will soon become your favorite. Steps
to the elevator, then a short walk to the beach and ocean from this condo. Offering all comforts
of home and a Million Dollar View.
